How to add Pay Group in Paywings 4.0?

The structure of compensation and pay cycle is Pay Group. As per international standards, the company has to define the pay structure and follow them .If a company or organization have existing Pay Group that can be added in Pay Group Tile and also new Paygroup can  be created i.e for New Joining etc. 
Pay Group  should be managed by HR or the admin  in Paywings 4.0.

Firstly, user should create/add PayGroup -> Grade ->Step

Please follow step by step instructions as described in this document.

  • Click on Pay Group Tile.



  •     Based on the permissions assigned from the ' Roles Tile', the user shall carry out Add, Edit, Update, Delete, Export options accordingly. 



  • Click on Display Button to show  the existing PayGroup ID, Pay Group, Description.


  •    Click to  create a New Pay Group.




  •    User should enter Pay Group and Description.
  •    PayGroup ID is auto-generated.




  •   User should right click on the row to edit/delete that row.  




  • User should select Delete Row to Delete a row.
  • A message pops "Are you sure you want to Delete this Record", click on Yes Button to delete the row.


  •  Click on Export Button. A message pops click on Ok to export the data.



  • Select the location where you want to export the data.

  • Click on Save Button.



  •   A message pops File has been exported successfully.Click on ok button.



  •   Exported data is displayed in Excel Sheet.
