How to retrieve Attendance from Biometric Device in Paywings?


Most of the companies or the organization are using Biometric devices to punch  attendance of their employees.Paywings facilitates Biometric device integration, user can easily fetch data i.e attendance from Biometric device being used in company or the organization.

Please follow step by step instructions as described in this document.

  • Click on Biometric Details Tile.


  • Firstly user should enter biometric device details, please refer Biometric Device Details .
  • Click on Open Comm button to set communication between the Biometric Device and Paywings.



  • Click on Log Data Button to fetch log from Biometric Device.




  • User should select Payroll Period i.e. MonthYear to be generated.



  • Click on Get Log Button, which will display Log Data i.e. attendance of the selected Payroll Period i.e. MonthYear.



  • Click on Save Data Button.
  • A message pops " Data Saved" , click on Ok button to save in Database.
